Cancellation Policy — Clear Blue Cleaning
Regular Subscription Cleans
To cancel your regular window cleaning subscription, please give at least 7 days notice by phone or WhatsApp before your next scheduled visit. You agree to a minimum of three cleans on sign-up. Any cleans remaining within this minimum period will still be charged if you cancel early.
Once-Off or Combo Cleans
To cancel a once-off or combo appointment, please give at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee to cover staff costs.
Day-Of Cancellations and No Access
If we arrive and cannot access the property, or if you cancel on the day without prior notice, a 50% charge applies. Repeated occurrences may result in removal from our schedule.
Rescheduling
We are happy to reschedule with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability.
Weather Cancellations
If we cancel or reschedule due to extreme weather, no cancellation fee applies. We will contact you to arrange an alternative date as soon as possible.
