• Name, phone number, email address, and property address via our booking form or WhatsApp
• Payment information — processed securely by GoCardless and Stripe; we do not store card details
• Communications sent to us by phone, WhatsApp, or email

• To send WhatsApp reminders before each visit
• To process automatic payments after completed cleans

Who We Share Data With
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. We use GoCardless (payments), Stripe (payments), and GoHighLevel (CRM and scheduling). Each provider is GDPR-compliant.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as you are an active customer. On cancellation, personal data is deleted within 12 months unless we are legally required to retain it longer.
